Scott Moscrip currently serves as President, CEO, or Board Member of 5 companies, including Internet Truckstop and uDrove LLC. He has partnerships with multiple companies, and is actively developing new products for the transportation industry. After earning a BS in Physics from Oregon State University and a Masters degree in management information systems at Texas A&M, Scott worked with the federal government as a computer research and development specialist for 2 years. He determined that the transportation field was ripe for cutting edge technology and left government service in Washington, D.C., moved to Idaho, and formed the Internet Truckstop in July 1995.
Now involved in numerous other Internet-based undertakings, Scott has become a major spokesperson for technology in transportation. He currently serves on the Director's Circle of the Transportation Intermediaries Association, as a member of his county development group, and as an assistant track and field coach at his local high school and in numerous other associations and groups. He is a dedicated father of 5 children and is actively involved in the growth and development of his community. He has been awarded the Spirit of Idaho award in 2002, the Idaho Businessman of the Year in 2003, Aggie 100 awards from 2005-2009, and Idaho 75 awards in 2007 and 2008.
